OSRAM torches with OSRAM DULUX compact fluorescent lamps are particularly frugal with battery power. They consume only one fifth of the energy of comparable incandescent lamps to produce the same light and will provide constant light for up to four hours.
The energy-saving lamps cannot be replaced, but with a lifetime of up to 8000 hours they will last more or less as long as the torch itself. The MINIWATT tungstenhalogen
lamps used in the combi-torches can be replaced quickly as easily.
