OSRAM DULUX SUPERSTAR meets especially high requirements for lifetime and switching durability. They are produced with a modern technology procedure that ensures a high average lifetime of up to 15,000 hours - a usage period of approx. 15 years*.

OSRAM DULUX SUPERSTAR tubular lamps also have an electronic control gear. With pre heating- and the new Quick Light technology. This guarantees a quick "light up" for lamps, gentle immediate start and fast full light output presence. This has the effect that frequent switching on and off** has less of an influence on the usage lifetime of these high grade energy saving lamps.

Because OSRAM is 100% convinced by the quality of its OSRAM DULUX SUPERSTAR energy saving lamps, they are issued with a unique 5-year guarantee.

If an OSRAM DULUX SUPERSTAR fails (due to a product fault) within the guarantee period of 5 years from the purchase date, the purchaser will receive a replacement free of charge. The faulty product must be sent to OSRAM along with the receipt and postage paid by the sender. The guarantee is only valid for non-commercial use and within Europe (see countries list). This guarantee does not effect the statutory rights of the purchaser.
